Biography:

Korg is a Kronan warrior from the planet Sakaar, first appearing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film Thor: Ragnarok. He is portrayed by director Taika Waititi, who also provides the character's distinctive voice and mannerisms.

Initially a gladiator forced to fight in the Contest of Champions, Korg befriends Thor and becomes a key ally in the rebellion against the Grandmaster. He's known for his gentle, polite demeanor despite his imposing rock-like appearance and background as a revolutionary.

Following the destruction of Asgard, Korg, along with Miek, joins the Asgardian refugees. He plays a supporting role in Avengers: Endgame, residing in New Asgard and assisting Thor in his struggles with depression and PTSD.

Korg's unexpected humor and optimism have made him a fan-favorite character within the MCU.
